What steps should I take if my package arrives damaged?
We sincerely apologize if your artwork arrived damaged during transit. To ensure a prompt resolution, please immediately email photographic evidence of the damage to thesequoia.info@gmail.com. Upon receipt, we will process a full refund for your purchase.
How should I properly care for my art print?
To maintain the pristine condition of your art print, we recommend handling it with care upon receipt. It is advisable to avoid touching the printed surface directly, as this can leave fingerprint marks. Using cotton gloves is a recommended practice for handling your print.
For optimal longevity, please display your print away from direct sunlight and areas with high humidity. Storing your artwork in a cool, dry environment will further contribute to its preservation.
Are you currently accepting commission requests?
At this time, I am not accepting custom commission requests. However, if I decide to open up commissions in the future, I will announce it on my Instagram account, @sequoiartt. My current focus is on developing the foundational aspects of my business. Thank you for your understanding!
What is your policy on the reproduction and commercial use of your artwork?
While I deeply appreciate your inspiration and interest in my work, I do not permit the reproduction of my artwork for commercial purposes or resale. Any commercial use of my creations is strictly prohibited. I understand that artists may recreate works for practice and exploration, and I encourage this for personal growth. However, out of respect for the original artist, replicating and selling artwork that is not your own is not permitted.
